I was born and raised in a small town in Minnesota. As an adult, I lived several places around the country before settling in New Mexico thirty years ago. I earned my Master's Degree in psychology at age forty-five and worked as a clinical counselor first with clients with substance abuse problems and then with abused children and their families. My mother passed away in 2018, my bucket list is now being dusted off. My life returns but I have been changed forever by my Journey with her through Dementia.
